Revoking Executive Orders

The executive makes an order and posts it to the federal register.  The next executive revokes it.  The next executive revokes the revokation and before you know it Clinton is in charge again.  Well he had a very persuasive Congress watching over his deeds.  I wonder what will happen now?

Remembering the Reagan Blue States

If memory serves me blue was President Reagan's color that historical evening. It was amazing to see all of those states in a sea of blue! There was one lonely red state for Mondale. We were at a victory party with large screens and everyone was cheering! In 1984 Presidential election, the Reagan support was phenominal! The country was frightfully positive and the sweet smell of hope and confidence filled the air. Why do I remember the blue? I was in my mid twenties at that time. Beautiful Blue seemed to be the perfect color for such an outstanding leader as our beloved Ronald Reagan. I recently saw a "Bush Country 2004" map with "red" illustrating his supporting areas across these great United States. I feel a premature push to connect color with party and it feels strange. Red is a good color but it feels non-calming to me. Blue is a more peaceful, calming color. If it is a matter of "taking turns" as mom would say, then why are the liberals after the blue this upcoming election? Shouldn't they go for pink? Before any brains are washed by subliminality, either give the other colors a chance or if anyone's keeping track of whose turn it is, return the blue to the conservatives.
